Clubsmith is enrolment management software for clubs, tutors, coaches and activity providers. These terms describe what the service is, what you may expect from it, and what we ask of you in return. By creating an organization you agree to them.
Clubsmith lets a club publish its courses, take enrolments, issue invoices, take payments, mark attendance and keep in touch with its families. It is provided as a hosted web application.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in email and your account secure. The data you enter about your members, guardians, courses and payments is yours: you can export it to CSV at any time, and you can delete your organization, which removes it from the service.
Clubsmith is not a payment processor and does not hold your money. Card payments settle into your own Stripe or PayPal account, under the agreement you have with that provider. Bank transfers are arranged between you and your payer. Clubsmith records what happened so you have one place to look.
Clubsmith has a free tier and paid plans based on how many members your organization holds. Details are shown at the point you choose a plan. We do not take any percentage of your payments or charge a fee per transaction.
You may not use Clubsmith for anything unlawful, or to store or send material that you do not have the right to handle. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the messages you send through the service to your own members and guardians.
We work to keep the service available and your data intact, but the service is provided as-is and without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
To the extent the law allows, Clubsmith’s liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Clubsmith is not liable for payments, refunds or disputes that arise between a club and its members; those are handled by your own payment provider.
You may stop using Clubsmith and export or delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
